TOPAZ is a Recreation Center located next to the all-year-round toboggan run "Kolorowa" in the heart of Karpacz.

We are only 100 meters away from the main attractions in the city center, i.e. the promenade, restaurants and cafes.

The unique location of Topaz on a hill gives our guests joy with beautiful views that extend over the panorama of Karpacz, Jelenia Góra Valley, Karpatka Mountain, and the forest.

We offer 16 cosily furnished rooms.
We have 49 beds on three floors without elevator.

All rooms are en-suite with shower, toilet, hair dryer. Towels are available at the reception on request - free of charge.

Rooms for 3 and 4 people have direct access to the balcony.
Rooms for 2 people. no. 10 and 16 have a balcony / exit from the corridor.
Guests from rooms no: 1,5,17 We invite you to two sunny relaxing terraces.

On the 1st floor there is a sunny terrace and a common room with a pool table , table football.

On the 2nd floor there is a large sunny terrace with garden furniture.
On each floor there is a fridge, kettle and microwave on the 2nd floor.

Topaz

In Topaz, there are 2 large SUNNY REST TERRACES with garden furniture, with a VIEW of the FOREST, where you can relax after hiking in the beautiful nature, listening to the singing of birds. We also provide a barbecue.

There is a stylish highlander DINING ROOM, where we serve varied and DELICIOUS BREAKFASTS IN THE FORM OF SWEDISH BUFFET.
The wide range of breakfasts will satisfy the palates of even the most demanding Guests and the children will be satisfied.

On the 1st floor there is a common room, where you can spend time playing FOOTBALL, BILLIARD, SHUTTERS.

We offer stays for individual tourists as well as organized groups / school trips and adult groups /. We provide attractive prices and excellent organization.
We do our best to make our guests' stay comfortable and our guests happy, refreshed and willing to come back to us and recommend us to their friends.

Through a travel agency, we help organize guided tours to the most interesting places.
Guests can receive discount cards from us for use in many attractive places in Karpacz.

We have prepared for you an original Guide describing the most recommendable places. This guide was made with great precision according to information taken from local residents who know the area best.


We offer Regional Delicacies prepared from fresh products.

Our guests can buy our hand-made regional souvenirs, tablecloths, napkins, angels, etc.

I spent the first 10 days in Karpacz with my husband and parents. I found the stay successful, the weather was good, the conditions in the room were good, breakfast was excellent, everyone could choose what they liked. The hostess is always smiling, the host will tell you what to see and where to go. Cool, casual, homely atmosphere. Hope it wasn't my first and last stay there. I'm gonna return there for sure. Greetings with the whole family.

I rate the stay at the Topaz guesthouse very well. The owners at the highest level take care that the guests are satisfied. What is really rare, the guesthouse has a fire protection system, everything is clean and fresh. Breakfasts very good and plentiful. Beautiful view from the balcony, I recommend it !!!

Room clean, spacious, wi-fi, TV works well, fridge kettle, microwave in the corridor, nice atmosphere, very tasty breakfasts, good location close to the toboggan run, promenade, access to the main routes, only crowded in the parking lot, but the place is - yes it is almost everywhere in the center of Karpacz.
